What are the shipping charges for item under New Product Marketplace?
Shipping is free for almost all item valued above Rs.499 across all new product categories. However, if the item value is below Rs.499, a minimum shipping charge will be applied at the time of checkout after entering address and pin-code
How will I know the shipping date and time for my order?
Estimated shipping time is shown on the product page. After processing your order, we will update you the expected date of delivery. You can also track the delivery of your item from your Account
How much time does it take to deliver a product?
We generally ship in 3-4 days within Kolkata & West Bengal. However Estimated delivery time may sometime vary due to holidays
My delivery date is not in accordance with the delivery time period?
We try to deliver each shipment on time However, Holidays or local strikes may delay the delivery of a shipment
Is the estimated delivery time different for each seller?
Estimated delivery time for each sellers may vary due to customer location. However, from the product page you can easily find out the exact shipment time of the seller. It will take 1-2 days to reach the product from the shipment time mentioned on the product page
Why shipment is not available in my area?
Shipment may not be available for certain locations as there is a serviceability check for the pincode provided. To know whether the product can be delivered to your location, please enter your pincode accurately.
Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our shipping partner servicing your location to accept cash/card as payment at the time of delivery. Please enter your pin code accurately to check if COD is available in your location
Rental Product shipping
What are the shipping charges for rental product?
For each successful completion of a rental product order, both shipping charges and reverse shipping charges is incurred. However, shipping charges and reverse shipping charges are both mentioned on every rental product page and will be applied along with the price of rent after selecting the location of the buyer and the rental duration
When will my rental product be delivered?
Each Rental item booked on Vishyam will be delivered prior 1-2 days before the starting date of rental duration. This will help the customer to get acquainted with their rental product before the start of rental duration. However, if the customer’s KYC is not updated in their account, they will need to upload their KYC document within 24 hours of booking their rental order. Customer can upload their KYC document from their account within “Verification” tab or customer can email their KYC document mentioning order no at helpdesk@vishyam.com.
When will be my rental product be taken back after expiry of rental period?
After completion of rental period, if no further renewal is booked, the item will be shifted from customer premises and reverse shipped to seller store within 48 hours of completion of rental duration.
Why shipment is not available in my area?
Presently Rental product are available within Kolkata and its surrounding suburb. To know whether the product can be delivered to your location, please check the available location in the rental product page
Why the COD option is not showing for rental product?
Cash on delivery is not available for rental products

My delivery date is not in accordance with the delivery time period?
Holidays or Sundays may affect the delivery of a shipment. If the shipment does not reaches within 7 days you can raise a Support Ticket through Support portal for taking prompt action
How much time does it take to deliver a product under Buy & Sell used Product platform?
It will take 3-7 days from the date of completion of payment of the item won in Auction or purchased directly through “Buy Now” Price.
