Vishyam gives you a wide range of categories and products to rent in such as ACs, Coolers, TVs, Home appliances, Computers, Laptops, Cameras, Books, Musical Instruments, Fitness Equipments, Baby Care Equipments and Emergency Medical Equipments. However, apart from taking rent, customer can also create an Individual Seller account to rent out their unused or occasionally used product through Vishyam Rental Platform. Will I receive a new or used rental item?
It depends on the seller’s immediate stock before dispatch. However, items which are brand new will be intimated to customer at the time of delivery. There is no extra charge or surge rental charge for brand new product.
What I have to do to receive the rental product at my place?
Simply book your desired product for the preferred rental duration and relax. Your order will be processed and Vishyam will deliver it at your doorstep.
Do I have to produce any document for receiving the rental item?
Yes. For each rental booking, you have to upload/mail your KYC Documents such as valid address proof and ID poof. For detailed info please refer below:

1. Identity proof (anyone with photo ): Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Voters ID Card/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Identity card issued by Government body with photo 2. Do I have to pay security deposit every time I rent in?
Vishyam ensures a very pleasant and hassle free rental experience for its rental customer. We ensure professional Quality Control before each delivery so that our customers can relax during their rental period and have a smooth renting experience. However, if any issue arises during rental period, one can directly connect with our Vendor or Vishyam Customer Care. We ensure to resolve the issue at the earliest or replace the item if required. Will I be charged GST on my rental order?
GST @18 % is applicable on all rental order as per Government norms. However, GST will be included in the displayed price.
Where do I find my rental due date?
Rental due date will be mentioned in order as well as customer can check the rental due date from My Accounts section.
How do I return my rental at the end of my rental period?
Vishyam will intimate the customer before the expiry of their rental order and will be asked to choose for rental renewal or return. However if a customer chooses to return, the item will be picked up from the delivered location at the schedule date of return which will be intimated to customer.
What happens if I am late in returning my product?
We give 2 day grace period to return back the product after the expiry of rental period. However if customer fails to return back the product after the grace period, a charge on per day basis from the expiry date till the item is being handover along with a late fee of Rs.300/- is applicable
Can I purchase the item during my rental period?
Yes, absolutely, you can purchase the item during rental period and your remaining rental period fees will be adjusted from the sold price of the item. What happens when i schedule for early return pickup for my order which is having an ongoing subscription?
Customer has to intimate 1-2 weeks prior regarding the early pickup request. We will arrange the return pick up accordingly. Please note, whatever will be the remaining payment till the rental expiration date, customer shall clear all the pending dues in full as per settlement sent by us prior pickup.
